Meet NGC’s Dynamic Team
Jean graduated in Engineering Physics from the Royal Military College in Kingston and earned his Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto. He has worked with space agencies in Canada, Europe, and Japan before founding NGC Aerospace in 2001. In addition to his role as president and chief executive officer at NGC, he specializes in the development of guidance, navigation, and control software for space and aeronautical vehicles.

Jean-François holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from University of Sherbrooke. He is also an International Space University graduate. He is responsible for the establishment and the implementation of programs related to guidance, navigation and control systems for satellites, planetary landers and rovers.

David holds a B.Eng. and a M.A.Sc. in electrical engineering. He has been involved in aerospace engineering projects since 2002 as a project manager, technical lead and professional engineer. He took on the development of aerial systems technologies, products and services in 2015, which he is innovatively leading since.

Carl currently acts as Finance and Administration Director at NGC Aerospace. His expertise in accounting, finance, human resources, business management and data analysis allow him to strategically oversee the financial strategy and administrative operations that support NGC’s cutting-edge work in space and aerial systems.
